A layered bob haircut is cut so the bottom layer falls somewhere between the shoulders and ears. Then additional layers are cut into the rest of the hair to create dimension and texture. This haircut works for all hair textures and types.
Towel dry your hair. Add a curl taming cream or mousse specifically for curly hair. Let hair air dry for a little longer. When hair is still damp, dry hair using a diffuser, scrunching hair with the diffuser or with hands to create more definition in curls. Brush gently with fingers or a brush to smooth curls.
Towel dry your hair, then apply root booster thickening spray, a volumizing foam or a mousse. Dry hair completely, using a brush to lift hair at the roots to add volume. When hair is dry, add a heat protection spray, being sure to evenly distribute it from root to tip. Use a large-barreled curling iron on individual sections of hair, starting at the root and twisting hair around the curling iron. Hold for a few seconds, then release. Repeat until all hair is curled. Gently comb through your curls with your fingers to release the tight curls into gentle waves. Finish your look with hairspray for all-day hold.
Towel dry your hair. Apply a moisturizing product, like Solutions Glossing Multi-Task Cream. Use a comb attachment on a hair dryer and dry the hair from scalp to ends in small sections until hair is completely dry. Gently brush the hair and smooth out any flyaways with some of the same moisturizing product used before drying.
